SECURITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE ON LIBERIA REMOVES NAME OF ONE INDIVIDUAL
FROM TRAVEL BAN, ASSETS FREEZE LISTS
The Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1521 (2003) concerning Liberia today decided to remove the name of the following individual from the list of individuals subject to the travel restrictions imposed by paragraph 4 (a) of resolution 1521 (2003) (the travel ban list) and the list of individuals and entities subject to the measures imposed by paragraph 1 of Security Council resolution 1532 (2004) (the assets freeze list):

Therefore, the travel ban and assets freeze imposed respectively by Security Council resolutions 1521 (2003) and 1532 (2004) no longer apply to the individual mentioned above.

The Committee will continue to update the list on a regular basis.
