INCLUDING OPTIONAL PROTOCOL TO CONVENTION AGAINST TORTURE
CORRECTION
On page 9 of Press Release GA/10124 issued 18 December, the summary of the resolution in the fifth full paragraph should read, as follows:
Draft resolution III, on indigenous people and issues, would have the Assembly invite the Secretary-General, on the basis of recommendations made by the Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues through the Economic and Social Council, to consider providing advice to the Assembly on the need to identify further ways to assist the Forum in carrying out its mandate in a successful and fruitful manner, including the possibility of seeking the views of advisers.
