SECURITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE CONCERNING LIBERIA ISSUES REVISED LIST
NEW YORK, 5 November (UN Department of Political Affairs) -- On 31 October, the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1343 (2001) concerning Liberia approved the following decisions:
a. Removal of the following five individuals from the list of persons affected by the measures contained in paragraph 7 of the resolution:
Mrs. Dawn Barnes Mr. Kerkula B. Kpoto
Mr. Nathaniel Barnes Ms. Amelia Ward
Mr. Charles DeShield
b. Addition of oneindividual to the list of persons affected by the measures contained in paragraph 7 of the resolution:
Mr. John Smythe
The Committee also updated the designation of the following 16 Government officials in the list of persons affected by the measures contained in paragraph 7 of the resolution:
