CORRECTION
On page 8 of Press Release GA/EF/2983 of 28 November, the penultimate paragraph should read:
In his reply to the United States Representative, Mr. CUTAJAR said that a distinction should be made between the administrative link between the United Nations Secretariat and the secretariat of the Convention and the funding of conference services for Convention bodies from the United Nations regular budget. He added that the Second Committee took decision 55/443 last year on the latter question.
