HIGH-LEVEL MEETING OF ‘SIX PLUS TWO’ GROUP ON AFGHANISTAN ADDENDUM

The Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan expressed his Government’s reservations regarding some elements contained in Press Release SG/SM/7144- AFG/108 dated 23 September 1999, “High-level Meeting of ‘Six plus Two’ Group on Afghanistan”, which he does not regard as necessarily reflecting the views of his Government.
