SECURITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE ON ANGOLA RELEASES LIST OF UNITA OFFICIALS, FAMILY MEMBERS AFFECTED BY SANCTIONS
19980223 The following was issued today by the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 864 (1993) concerning the situation in Angola:In accordance with the mandate entrusted to it by the Security Council under paragraph 11 (a) of resolution 1127 (1997) of 28 August 1997, the Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 864 (1993) concerning the situation in Angola has released today the following list of senior officials of the National Union for the Total Independence of Angola (UNITA) and adult members of their immediate families, whose entry or transit is to be prevented by all States, and whose travel documents, visas or residence permits are to be suspended or cancelled in accordance with paragraphs 4(a) and 4(b) of the aforementioned resolution:
