GENERAL ASSEMBLY IS TOLD OF INTERNATIONAL CONCERN TO CONTAIN 'EXPLOSIVE SITUATION' IN MIDDLE EAST CORRECTION

On page 5 of Press Release GA/9371 of 3 December, on the General Assembly's consideration of the situation in the Middle East, the second sentence of the third paragraph of the statement by Jordan should read, as follows:

"The parties to the conflict did not bear equal responsibility for obstructing progress."
