FIRST COMMITTEE APPROVES FOUR DRAFT TEXTS ON RISK OF NUCLEAR PROLIFERATION IN MIDDLE EAST, NUCLEAR-WEAPON-FREE SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE, LANDMINES CORRECTION

On page 21 of Press Release GA/DIS/3097 of 12 November, the last sentence of the sixth complete paragraph summarizing the statement of the representative of Iran should read:

"If Israel did as requested, that would facilitate the establishment of a zone free of weapons of mass destruction in the Middle East."
