NOTE TO CORRESPONDENTS PRESIDENT OF BOLIVIA TO VISIT HEADQUARTERS ON 29 SEPTEMBER

Hugo Banzer Suarez, President of Bolivia, will visit Headquarters on Monday, 29 September, to address the General Assembly and confer with Secretary-General Kofi Annan.
The President and his party will arrive at 2:55 p.m. at the Delegates Entrance, where they will be received by the Secretary-General.
They will then proceed to the West Foyer on the second floor where the President will wait for his speech. Shortly before his speech, the President will be escorted to the General Assembly Hall and seated in the Heads of State chair.
After his speech, the President, the Secretary-General and President of the General Assembly, Hennadiy Udovenko (Ukraine), will be escorted to Room GA-200 where the Assembly President and the Secretary-General will take their leave.
At 3:20 p.m., the President, escorted by Protocol, will take a guided tour.
At 3:55 p.m. the President will be escorted to the office of the Secretary- General in Room GA-200 to confer with the Secretary-General at 4 p.m.
Following the meeting, the President will depart Headquarters from the Delegates Entrance.
