SPECIAL COMMITTEE ON DECOLONIZATION HOLDS BRIEF MEETING

19970609 The Special Committee on the Situation with Regard to the Implementation of the Declaration on the Granting of Independence to Colonial Countries and Peoples met briefly this morning and adjourned consideration of the situation in Anguilla, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Guam, Montserrat, Pitcairn, St. Helena and the United States Virgin Islands until 4 p.m. today.
