STATES PARTIES TO LAW OF SEA CONVENTION CONCLUDE SIXTH MEETING CORRECTION

In Press Release SEA/1540 of 20 March, the first sentence of the second paragraph on page 2 should read:

Following the entry into force of the Convention, the States parties established 5 February 1997 as the deadline for the submission of nominations, and 13 March 1997 as the date of the election.
