NOTE TO CORRESPONDENTS PRIME MINISTER OF MALAYSIA TO VISIT HEADQUARTERS ON 27 SEPTEMBER

The Prime Minister of Malaysia, Mahathir Mohamad, will visit United Nations Headquarters on Friday, 27 September, to address the General Assembly.

At 10:35 a.m. the Prime Minister and his party will arrive at the Delegates' Entrance, where he will be received by the Chief of Protocol.

The Prime Minister will confer with the President of the General Assembly, Razali Ismail, at 10:40 a.m. in the President's office, Room GA-200, after which he will address the General Assembly.

At noon, the Prime Minister will hold a press conference in Conference Room 6 in the first basement. He will then attend a private luncheon. Following the luncheon he will leave Headquarters by the Delegates' Entrance.
