In Press Release GA/9092 of 18 September 1996, the second paragraph of page 1b should read:

The Committee recommended that the question of the Falkland Islands (Malvinas) be considered directly in plenary, on the understanding that interested bodies and individuals would be heard in the Fourth Committee.
